Gendering.
Linguistic design as part of our consulting
In our digital content design consulting, we prioritize comprehensibility, accessibility, and user-friendliness. For these reasons, we deliberately use the masculine form for personal names and personal nouns on this website.
This decision is based on two key aspects:
Multilingualism: The use of the masculine form also makes it easier for non-German-speaking users to understand content more quickly.
Mobile use: On mobile devices, the reduced language form supports better readability and clarity.
Of course, all references to persons are intended to ensure equal treatment and include all genders (m/f/d). The chosen wording does not represent a judgment or discrimination, but is intended solely for linguistic simplicity.
